Email Send Limit
It would be good if we could set up a limit on the amount of emails a contact receives in a selected time period. Once they reach the limit they would automatically be excluded from a send.

This is a feature we have talked about in the past and it's a good one. There are some questions around where the limit is applied -- for example at account level, mailing list level, or just an optional property on a send (e.g. "only send this email to recipients where the send frequency is less than X emails over Y days").
We would also need to be clear on send reports that X contacts were excluded because of send frequency limiting.
